HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
Fine hair — around 100g
Medium hair — around 150g
Thick hair — around 200–250g
For optimal fullness, we recommend sizing up.
Are your Hair extensions made from human hair?
Yes. All PRISMØ extensions are made from 100% human hair. We do not use synthetic blends.
Is your hair Remy? And what does this mean?
Yes. Our hair is 100% Remy, meaning all cuticles are intact and aligned in the same direction. This preserves softness, minimizes tangling, and allows the hair to behave like natural hair over time.
What grade are your hair extensions?
We do not use traditional “grade” systems, as they are not standardized across the industry. Instead, we focus on sourcing high-quality, cuticle-aligned human hair selected for consistency, longevity, and natural movement.
CARE
Can the Hair extensions be straightened, curled or tonged?
Yes. PRISMØ hair can be styled using heat tools. We recommend keeping heat at or below 350°F and always using a heat protectant to preserve the integrity of the hair.
Can the Hair extensions be washed?
Yes. Wash 1–2 times per week using sulfate-free, paraben-free products. Always wash in a downward motion and avoid applying conditioner near the weft or bonds.
Can the Hair extensions be dyed or toned?
Our hair can be toned or deposited darker. We do not recommend lightening or bleaching, as this can compromise the quality. For best results, consult a professional stylist.
How should you store Hair extensions?
Store hair in a cool, dry place. Ensure it is clean, fully dry, and gently brushed before storing. We recommend keeping the hair in its original packaging or a silk pouch to maintain quality and prevent tangling.
RETURNS
Can the Hair extensions and products be returned?
Returns are accepted on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 4 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any hair that has been opened, worn, or altered.
