Refund policy

All sales are final once packaging has been opened. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened hair under any circumstances.


UNOPENED HAIR

Unopened items may be eligible for store credit or exchange within 4 days of delivery.

Items must be in original packaging, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

No cash refunds. Store credit only.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Prismø will replace or issue store credit for items that arrive damaged or incorrectly shipped.

This is the only exception to our final sale policy.


COLOR DISCLAIMER

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen and lighting.

We strongly recommend ordering a color ring or consulting with a Prismø Pro prior to purchase.

Color variation is not considered a defect and does not qualify for return.
